Lynn Wendt

Lynn Wendt, Designated Managing broker, brings dedication, conviction and drive to her career in real estate, earning her ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist ), SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®), PMN (Performance Management Network) and CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designations. She has implemented the foundational processes of training, lead generation, social media advertising and video production to establish Be Realty’s brand in the national and international markets. Lynn spearheaded Be Realty Global’s first market initiative in Quebec, Canada and continues to co-lead Be Realty Global.

Lynn prides herself on remaining at the forefront of her industry through continuing education, community volunteering and networking.  Lynn’s first career was as an Information technology project manager spearheading global projects focusing on infrastructure and software implementations.  Lynn’s entrepreneurial spirit reaches back decades.
